seoagency.pk provides SEO, technical SEO, ecommerce SEO, semantic SEO, AI search and GEO, and conversion optimization services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and pricing for any engagement are agreed separately in a proposal or contract before work begins.
3. No guaranteed rankings
Search engine and AI platform algorithms change frequently and are outside our control. While we apply established best practices and report on progress, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers or revenue outcomes.
4. Client responsibilities
To deliver our services effectively, we may require timely access to your website, hosting, analytics, advertising accounts or content. Delays in providing access or approvals may affect project timelines and results.
5. Payment terms
Fees, payment schedules and invoicing terms are set out in the proposal or contract for each engagement. Late payments may result in pause of active work until accounts are settled.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, content, code and strategy documents created specifically for a client as part of a paid engagement become the client's property once paid in full. seoagency.pk retains the right to reference completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless a client requests otherwise in writing.
7. Free audit requests
Free audit requests submitted through this website are reviewed manually and are provided for informational purposes. Submitting an audit request does not create a paid engagement or contractual obligation on either side.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, seoagency.pk is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, including losses related to search ranking or traffic fluctuations outside our control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate an active engagement according to the notice terms set out in the relevant contract or proposal. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of this website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
